Right to rectify data

Response times

WCS Europe commits itself to answer your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other complementary request for information within a reasonable period of time which should not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.

 

Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

WCS Europe informs you that it may have recourse to authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside of the European Union and have access to the data collected through the various forms on the Site.

WCS Europe has previously ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate safeguards and that they respect strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and protection of the data.
